Resin Sand casting
Resin sand casting is also called No-bake casting. Sand molds often use resin based chemical binders that possess high dimensional accuracy and high hardness.
EFT provides Grey Iron & ductile Iron, Steel, aluminum, brass etc castings from medium to big size, such as machine tool castings, wind mill rotors and stators, engine block, dynamic machinery castings and general machinery castings, with resin sand molding process.
The largest size castings up to 60 tons are made with mobile resin sand mixer. The medium size castings are made with stationary sand mixer. The small size high quality castings are made with shell molding process. The major resin sand equipments are imported from USA, Italy and Germany.
