Investment casting

 

Investment casting is also known as the lost wax process. EFT is able to provide customers high quality and lower cost accurate small size to medium size stainless and carbon steel castings with colloid silica and silicate binder process.

The types of materials that can be cast are Aluminum alloys, Bronzes, tool steels, stainless steels, Stellite, Hastelloys, and precious metals. Parts made with investment castings sometimes do not require any further machining, because of the close tolerances that can be achieved.
