FBE Coating

EFT’s own production line includes Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coatings.

EFT’s FBE system can be applied to various pipe diameters from 50 mm (2”) to over 1220 mm (48”). For other shapes, the maximum dimension can be 1200 mm and weight up to 500 Kg. FBE can also be applied in a wide range of thicknesses to cost effectively meet unique project specifications and performance requirements, normally the coating thickness can be controlled between 100-500 µm. EFT’s coating line uses WRC approved AK20 Nobel as powder material and fluidized bed with automatic temperature control. The annual output is about 3000 tons.
