Die Casting
EFT’s Die casting is a manufacturing process for producing engineered metal parts with Close tolerances. EFT can efficiently and economically produce strong, durable and dimensionally precise castings in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and wall thicknesses.
Machine clamping sizes range from 125 to 2000 tons. EFT uses two methods to inject molten metal into a die: hot chamber for Zinc alloys and cold chamber for Aluminum alloys.
